Each Holy Ground Art print is made to order rather than pulled from inventory. Your print is produced on canvas, framed, and carefully packaged by our fine-art printing partner, then shipped directly to you.

Please allow about two weeks from the date of purchase for your print to arrive. Depending on the season, it may be a little sooner or a little later.

Holy Ground Art is operated by two full-time students, and we personally look over every order. If anything arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

If your print arrives damaged, or has a printing or framing defect, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and the packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please keep the box and packing materials until your replacement is sorted out, in case the carrier needs to inspect them.

Because every print is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out — we want you to love your print.

Prints go into production soon after you order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away. Once production has started, we may not be able to change it.

Original paintings and commissions are packed and shipped by us personally. We’ll work out shipping, and answer any questions about returns, with you directly.
