How the commission process works

Submit your commission request with the subject, size, reference details, and preferred contact method.

Michelle will review the request and follow up with any questions.

A digital concept will be created for your approval. You may request adjustments before the final piece is produced.

Once the concept is approved, the final canvas will be created and hand-finished with painted details, texture, and landscape elements.

When the artwork is complete, it will be packaged and shipped to you.
Pricing
Original commissions
Custom original commissions are individually priced based on the artwork’s size, complexity, timeline, and any special requests. We will provide and confirm the final price before beginning the piece.
Print commissions
Custom print commissions are priced at the selected print size plus a $75 commission fee.
Print rights and exclusivity
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Holy Ground Art retains the right to create and sell prints of any commissioned artwork — whether it is an original or a print commission.
If you would like your commissioned piece to remain private and not be offered as prints, you may add the Private Commission option for an additional $200. This applies to both original and print commissions.
Private Commission Add-On: +$200
No prints will be made or sold from your commissioned artwork.
